Delivery time:10-15 days.
Deliveries to addresses outside of metro areas (150km+) may take slightly longer to arrive.

While making every effort, we cannot guarantee delivery within the estimated time. There may be events (e.g. extreme weather, inaccurate address info) beyond our control. We are not responsible for these delays and cannot provide refunds for delayed delivery.

Delivery methods & locations:

We cannot deliver to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers. Most of our goods are delivered by courier directly to your door. Our delivery partner may leave a card at the address and you will need to pick up the delivery from an Australia Post outlet or contact the courier company to arrange for re-delivery.

Delivery failure: If the address provided is incorrect and the package is returned, you will be billed for the additional shipping charges in order for your delivery to reach you. You agree to this by placing an order with us. We also require a contact phone number for the courier to arrange delivery. If our delivery partner has been unable to deliver your order due to your error or fault after 21 days or 2 attempts (whichever is sooner), we reserve the right to cancel your order. In these circumstances we will refund you the price of your order, less the delivery and handling fees incurred.

Return Policy: We offer returns for 30 days from the date of purchase

If in the unlikely event you receive a faulty item or an item that is damaged during transportation, please EMAIL US: within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Please quote your order number, include a brief description of your order and photos of the products (with the package box for damaged order), we will reply within 1-2 business days to discuss the return and provide return address. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The costs of the item shipping back to us will be paid by Blue Jay Decor.

All returns must be received back in the original condition. This refers to all packaging, labeling and contents that must be intact and in a perfectly saleable condition.

Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection.

Cancellation: due to reasons not related to the products quality, please email us to discuss, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If approved, your refund total will equal the product price, less the actual shipping costs associated with both initial and return shipment.

We will not accept returns delivered in person to our office or warehouse facilities.All orders will have the ability to be tracked. Tracking details will be emailed to you when the order is dispatched.
